Asthalin inhalers are produced by Cipla which is based in India and is used as a bronchodilator medicine and treats some symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
These inhalers contain the drug Salbutamol Sulfate as their active ingredient and as it is a bronchodilator it opens up the bronchi and bronchioles which limits the resistance in the respiratory airway and improves the flow of air in the lungs.
Asthalin inhaler 100 mcg can also be prescribed for the treatment of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction and even high levels of potassium in the blood.
These inhalers are used for the prevention of acute attacks of asthma and also to treat them if they occur. It is also prescribed for the prevention of airway obstruction in the patients of asthma who have bronchospasm.
